Here it is

I’m 25 with a handful of experiences behind the line in various places from your shitty dive bars to your 4 star country clubs. My world of cooking has been a love hate relationship, but somehow we always seem to make things right and find our way back to one another.
Hopefully you read this and enjoy my humor as it has served me well thus far in life and hopefully you’re able to take away a few tricks to help you out when your woofing down some chow.
