Had some down time at the restaurant today and felt like cooking for my staff and having some beers after we closed. Coffee rubbed filets cooked to medium rare served with fried buffalo shrimp with a side of garlic parm mash. Easy to make bold flavors that are gut warming with a nice cold fat tire.
